3Do you have to give us your data?
You are not obliged to give us any data. But without your name, contact details and (for delivery) your address, we can't carry out your job or deliver your order. Once you buy something, we are legally required to record the details needed for our accounts.
4Who we share your data with
We only share your data when needed for the purposes above:
- PostNL or another carrier, when we post your order: your name and address.
- Stripe, our payment provider for online orders. Stripe processes your payment on a secure checkout page; we never see your bank or card details.
- [E-MAILPROVIDER], where our email and your files are stored.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you contact us via WhatsApp yourself.
- Our accountant [INDIEN VAN TOEPASSING] and the Dutch tax authorities, for our accounts.
We make agreements (a data processing agreement) with parties that process data for us, so they handle your data with care. We never sell your data to others.
5Data outside the European Union
Some of the services above, such as Stripe, Cloudflare and WhatsApp, are American companies. Your data may therefore also be processed outside the European Union. This only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7How we protect your data
We take appropriate measures to protect your data and files. They are kept on secure systems with strong passwords and two-step verification, and only we can access them. This website uses a secure connection (https). If something does go wrong with your data, we report it as the law requires.
8Your rights
You have the following rights over your own data:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted.
- Restriction: have us temporarily stop using your data.
- Portability: receive a copy of your data to pass on to someone else.
- Objection: object to use based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent: if we do something based on your consent, you can always withdraw it.
Send your request to info@t-pointprint.nl. We'll respond within one month. Sometimes we may ask you to show that the data really is yours. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, can't be deleted earlier.
9Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you by computer alone, and we don't profile you. A person always looks at your job.
10Questions or complaints
Have a question about your privacy, or unhappy about something? Get in touch and we'll sort it out together.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the privacy regulator in the Netherlands (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
11Changes
We update this statement when something changes, for example when we start using a new service. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
This is a translation. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version applies.
