1Our details

  • T-Point Print, [RECHTSVORM EN NAAM EIGENAAR]
  • Registered address: [VESTIGINGSADRES] (no shop or pick-up point)
  • Chamber of Commerce [KVK-NUMMER], VAT [BTW-NUMMER]
  • Email: info@t-pointprint.nl, phone: 06 42459353

2When these terms apply

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and deliveries by T-Point Print: printing, finishing and the sale of our book. They apply to private customers (consumers) and businesses alike. Where the rules for consumers differ, this is stated.

Other arrangements only apply if we have agreed them in writing (email or WhatsApp counts too).

3Quotes and prices

  • A quote is valid for [AANTAL] days, unless it says otherwise.
  • Prices for consumers include VAT. Prices for businesses may exclude VAT; this will then be clearly stated.
  • Delivery and shipping costs are listed separately.
  • Obvious mistakes in a quote or on the website, such as a wrong price, are not binding.

4Your order

An order is placed when you accept our quote, or when you order and pay online. We confirm your order by email.

For larger jobs we may ask for (part) payment in advance. After you agree, you can still change or cancel the order free of charge as long as we haven't started printing.

5Your files

  • You are responsible for the content of your files: spelling, layout, colours and the right dimensions. You'll find tips on our submitting files page.
  • We check your file for obvious technical problems and let you know if we spot something. We are not liable for mistakes that were in your own file.
  • Colours on paper can differ slightly from your screen. Small colour differences are therefore not a defect.
  • You confirm that you hold the rights to what you have printed, such as texts, photos and logos, and that it doesn't break the law. We may refuse jobs that do.
  • How we handle your files is explained in our privacy statement.

6Delivery times, delivery and shipping

  • We agree a delivery time with you. It's an estimate; we do our best to meet it and let you know straight away if it will be later.
  • Within our delivery area we bring your order personally. Outside it, and abroad, we send it by post.
  • For consumers, the order is at our risk until you receive it. For businesses, the risk passes once we hand the order to the carrier.
  • If a delivery time is exceeded significantly, you may cancel the order free of charge.

7Payment

  • Online orders are paid at checkout, for example with iDEAL or credit card.
  • Invoices are paid within [AANTAL] days of the invoice date.
  • If you don't pay on time, we send a reminder. After that, statutory interest and collection costs may follow; for consumers only after a free reminder with a 14-day payment term.

8Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

Our book: if you buy the book online as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive it. Let us know within that time by email, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of [title], ordered on [date]. Name, address, date." Then return the book undamaged within 14 days. We refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days. Return shipping costs are yours.

Print work: printing we make specially for you, from your file and to your wishes, is custom-made. No cooling-off period applies. Of course we'll put it right if something went wrong on our side (see below).

9Complaints

  • Check your order when you receive it. If something isn't right, let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. Businesses report visible defects within 7 days.
  • If the mistake is ours, we reprint it or refund (part of) your money.
  • As a consumer you are always entitled to a product that does what you can reasonably expect (statutory warranty).

10Liability

If something goes wrong on our side, we put it right by redelivering or refunding the amount. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Towards businesses we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue or a missed deadline. For consumers the statutory rules apply.

11Applicable law

Dutch law applies to our agreements. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. Disputes with businesses are brought before the competent court in [ARRONDISSEMENT].

This is a translation. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version applies. Questions about these terms? Get in touch.
